More about the Lippitt
There is something for everyone at The Lippitt Country Show. Besides the In Hand and performance classes we also provide many "fun" classes. Bring the kids and let them show too?
Classes such as walk/trot, the one mile trotting race, stick horse, trail class, pole bending and sit a buck are just a few of the fun classes we offer.
Attendance for the show and all its events is free. The show is a relaxed and family-oriented event intended to showcase the many talents the Lippitt horse. People can come for part of the show, the entire weekend, or even camp at the fairgrounds for a fee. There are only about 2,000 Lippitt Morgan horses in the entire country and they are all related to Justin Morgan’s stallion “Figure” from Randolph. In short The Lippitt Country Show is a country-like old fashioned horse show, featuring the Lippitt Morgan horse. Classes include in-hand, english, western, jumping, trail, costume, stick horse, races and more
